Returns and Refunds

 

I hope you are satisfied with you purchase, but if not please do contact me as soon as possible.  Many initial problems when starting to use Real Nappies can be easily rectified – this is all part of my free service to you.

Should you still be unhappy, the following applies:

  • Items that have been washed, used or damaged CANNOT be exchanged unless faulty. 

  • Faulty goods can be exchanged within a 3 month period. 

  • Goods that have NOT been used, washed or damaged can be EXCHANGED for a credit note within 30 days of purchase.  If you require a cash refund then this is subject to an admin charge of 20%.  The admin charge covers my costs – e.g. fuel, delivery charges, cost of ordering special items in etc.  Please contact me for more details if you wish to return unused items and I will explain any charges involved.

  • In the case of unused items, they must be returned to me at your cost, if you need them collecting there will be a £10 collection fee.

Online ordering is not currently available.
